Mom and Baby Fitness Class

Not your ordinary Mommy & Me class

Mom and Baby Fitness classes are designed to be safe, effective and challenging for all levels of ability while focusing on postpartum recovery.

We focus on restoring weakened muscles, namely the core and pelvic floor and engage in safe exercises to help correct diastais recti (aka mummy tummy) and other common postpartum issues such as leaky bladder, low back pain and pelvic pain in postpartum.

This is a 1 hour full body workout using resistance and circuit training to increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. We have lots of fun while getting our sweat on. Come join us!
