Strong Mom personal training is the best option for moms who want to achieve their fitness goals but want to do it on their own time, at their own preferred location while still being supported by a certified personal trainer.

Our personal training program is tailored specifically to you and your individual goals. All workouts can be done at home or at whatever gym you attend. All you need is a mobile device to access your personalized workouts, as well as have access to Zoom so that you can have weekly check-ins with your trainer. So from wherever you live in the world, allow Strong Mom to be your virtual personal trainer.

Strong Mom online training is a 12 week program that includes several bonuses within the cost that are tailored for you whether you are prenatal or postpartum. Fill out our questionnaire and book a call with us to see if we'd be a good fit to work together. In-person personal training is also available depending on where you live.

What's included over the 12 week program:

Initial 1 hour Zoom fitness assessment: this is a discovery session to find out what your goals are, what your fitness level is and what you need

2 x 30 minute nutrition consultations: meetings to discuss your current diet and what changes need to be made in order to meet your body composition goals

Bi-weekly custom workouts: all workouts are personalized for you and available online with videos describing each exercise - you can also track your workouts, stats and goals

1 x 30 minute video call per week:  calls are designed to see how you are tracking and what needs to be modified in your program

Trainer support: you can contact your trainer via email or text at any time
