You know I love core workouts!

But what you might not know is that I absolutely dislike the standard run of the mill crunches and sit up exercises.

I used to go to the gym and do 100 sit ups because that’s all I really knew what to do for my core workout, and maybe I’d throw a few planks in there too for good measure! Not only do crunches and sit ups tend to be boring AF, but they tend to cause a lot of back pain for some people.

Obviously, things have changed for me and I’ve incorporated more of a variety of ab exercises into my routines, that are much more effective than crunches and sit ups.

So today I’m sharing with you 6 of my fav sit up-free ab exercises that I do to strengthen my abs. In this video I’m sharing:
