How To Make A Workout Plan (For Busy Moms)

Denise ChiribogaFitness, Postnatal Fitness

I’m sure you’re settling into September and you’re hopefully back into the swing of things with your kids back to school and new schedules.

Are you also set with your workout schedule?

After all, this is like the second “New Year” of the year where many people are getting back to their healthy lifestyle, or starting a new healthy lifestyle and getting back to the gym.

Or maybe you’re just going through the motions like I used to do at the gym and with my fitness in general: I went to the gym, but I had no idea what I was doing there. I knew I was there to live a healthy life, and it was the right thing to do, but I never had a plan as to which exercises I wanted to do, or needed to do. In fact when I went to the gym, I would just show up and use any old machine that was available.

I know many people are also like this; they walk through the gym doors wondering what exercises they should do.

Maybe it’s an upper body day.

Or lower body.

Or maybe just cardio.

Or maybe it’s a pulling type of workout day.

Oh man…..

Maybe you’re like 80% of the people who walk into a gym in September, and you’re just going through the motions without any real roadmap or plan.

If this is you, it’s ok. I’ve been there.

But I want to help you change that.

I want you to succeed this September and help you achieve your fitness goals.

And you’re going to do that by putting together your own workout plan. Something that you can follow for yourself, something that’s going to focus in on your goals, so you can finally achieve them.

Cause let me tell you, just going through the motions at home or at some random class here or there isn’t going to do it. You’ve got to be specific about your workouts.

So if you’re in and want to learn how to make your own workout routine whether you workout at home, or at a gym, then grab a pen and paper and get ready to take notes. Click here to dive in and start creating your own workout routine.
