Moving your body after having a c section isn’t easy.

Your doctor tells you not to use the stairs, don’t drive, basically don’t lift anything heavier than your baby….

and you’re wondering how and when you’ll ever get moving again.


The clients I’ve had and the moms I know who have had C-sections, all tell me the same thing: They’re afraid to move. 

They don’t know:

They feel stiff, but they’re afraid.
