Overnight Superfood Breakfast

I don’t have much time in the morning to make breakfast – I’m up at 5am and out the door by 6am so this breakfast is quick and easy to put together the night before. The oats can soak overnight and then quickly throw it into the lunch bag to take to work.

Serving: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 water or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Your choice of fresh fruit

Method:
Mix all dry ingredients together
Then mix milk/ water in and let sit in the fridge overnight. (If you make your lunch last minute, it will still taste the same if it sits for only an hour)
Top with honey and fresh fruit in the morning
